ZAAG. | 6 Month Subscription Terms and Conditions

The cost of our subscription is £75 a month for a 6 month supply of daily gel shots.

You will be sent a 4 week supply once per month, which will also be processed on the same date each month.

You will receive 2 packs of 14 daily gel shots every month during your subscription term.

You cannot cancel within the contract period (unless you notify us within 14 days of receiving your first pack), however you are able to skip or defer a month if you so wish.

After the six month programme, your contract will automatically expire and you will no longer be charged.

You can manage and view your subscription details in your ZAAG customer account. Alternatively, please email support@zaag.co for help.

You can make changes to your delivery date up to 48 hours before your delivery is due. Once your order has been processed (and an order number has been issued) it is not possible to amend or cancel your order.

We accept payment via all major credit and debit cards. The payment for your subscription will be taken by ZAAG Supplements prior to dispatch. You’ll receive an email as soon as your order is generated so you know the funds have been taken and your order is on its way.

Subscription Terms and Conditions

Please read the following important terms and conditions before you buy anything on our website and check that they contain everything you want and nothing that you are not willing to agree to.

In this contract:

‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ means ZAAG Supplements; and

‘you’ or ‘your’ means the person using our site to buy goods from us.

You can subscribe in order to have goods delivered to you on a regular basis. Our subscription offer is for a 6 month subscription.

Once you have subscribed, you will receive a confirmation email from us which will include a link to access your subscription account where you can manage your future orders, subscription order items and subscription account information. Your subscription is personal to you and you may not assign or transfer your subscription or any of the benefits associated with it to any third party.

You will continue to receive your monthly subscription delivery each month until your 6 month supply has been delivered.

We will contact you prior to the end of the subscription term to notify you that your subscription has expired.

 

Subscription delivery terms

When you subscribe, your first order will be processed immediately and then on the same day of each month (subject to any changes you make) until cancelled by you or us.

We will send you an email reminder before the date of despatch of your next delivery which will also include instructions on how to modify your order if you wish to do so.  You will also receive other email notifications related to your subscription account.

 

Changes to your subscription

You are permitted to delay an order during the term of the subscription by up to 4 weeks.

Please email us at support@zaag.co if you would like to make any further changes to your subscription.

 

Subscription payment

The subscription plan will be charged in advance on a monthly basis.

 

Subscription cancellation

You can cancel your subscription within 14 days of receiving your first order by emailing us at support@zaag.co. You will receive an email confirmation to confirm that your subscription has been cancelled and a refund will be processed for any unopened products returned to us within 14 days of receipt providing the items are returned as per the terms set out in our returns policy.

After 14 days, you will not be able to cancel your subscription unless you feel you have a valid reason, which you must inform us of by emailing us at support@zaag.co. We will then review your reason and respond with an answer. If your reason for cancellation is deemed appropriate a refund will be processed for any unopened products returned to us and your subscription will be cancelled.

 

General subscription terms

Please allow up to 72 hours for any changes to your subscription to be processed.  

In the event that we remove an item from our range of products, it will be removed from your next delivery and you will not be charged. If you do not wish to continue with your subscription for a replacement product, you must cancel your subscription within 14 days of receipt and a refund will be processed for any unopened products returned to us.

If any product is not available on the date it is scheduled to be dispatched to you, you will be notified of the delay and we will attempt to fulfil the order within two weeks of the original dispatch date. If the product becomes available during that two-week period, it will be dispatched to you without any further action required by you.

We reserve the right to cancel your subscription at our discretion at any time. If we cancel your subscription, you will only be charged for orders that have been dispatched to you.
