Free delivery on all orders.

Orders placed before 12:00 delivered within 48 hours.

Orders are sent Royal Mail tracked with a two-hour delivery window. You can change your delivery day or have it delivered to a local store online.

If we can’t deliver it safely in any way, we will leave you a note and attempt to redeliver the next day.

No orders are processed, dispatched, or delivered on Bank Holidays or weekends.

Unfortunately Zaag. can only deliver to mainland UK (at the moment).  We are also unable to deliver to the republic of Ireland and sadly, we cannot deliver to PO Box or BFPO addresses.

Returns

Whist we encourage you to stick to the programme and consume all 168 sachets, we understand that sometimes things change. If you change your mind within 14 days, please drop us an email at support@zaag.co where we can arrange for our delivery partner to collect the goods from you.

When doing so, you will need to make sure that:

  1. You include your proof of purchase (i.e. online order confirmation, dispatch e-mail or dispatch note)
  2. The item is unopened in the original packaging
  3. The product and its packaging is in good condition.

Once received, we will inspect the items within 72 hours and apply refunds when we have cleared the items (this is typically within 14 days).

Unfortunately in the interest of hygiene we do not accept exchanges and cannot refund products which are damaged or defective. Sorry.

Lastly, please note that we will be unable to refund your postage fees if you choose to return your items to us without using the returns paid process outlined.
