Does burnout recovery always require radical change?

Let's face it, we all experience burnout at some point in relation to something. Often it is the repetition of change or some major life event that triggers it. BUT this article changes the narrative that if you are burnt out you are effectively on the rubbish pile into a more modern perspective. Just like we champion people to have the confidence to go and write a new chapter, this article shows that those that realise that they can influence their environment usually take the necessary steps to reverse the factors which got them there in the first place. Simple changes like improving sleep habits, being firmer with boundaries or adding in a new hobby can all help you find your way out.
